 Shipping Information

88kitchen provides delivery services for commercial kitchen equipment and foodservice appliances throughout Thailand. We are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time.


 Delivery Lead Time


In-Stock Products

  • Bangkok & Metropolitan Area: 1–3 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 2–7 business days


Pre-Order / Imported Products

  • Delivery lead time is approximately 30–120 days, depending on the product type and country of origin. Our sales team will provide an estimated delivery schedule before order confirmation.


 Shipping Charges

Free Delivery

  • Free delivery is available for orders of 50,000 THB or more within designated service areas, including Bangkok and Nonthaburi.
  • Selected products may qualify for free shipping promotions.

Orders Subject to Shipping Fees

  • For orders that do not meet the free delivery requirements, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or quoted by our sales team prior to shipment.


Delivery Appointment for Large Equipment

For large and heavy equipment, including but not limited to:

  • Commercial Ovens
  • Wine Cabinets
  • Ice Cream Machines
  • Dishwashers
  • Industrial Kitchen Equipment


Our team will contact customers in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.

 Ground Floor Delivery Only

Standard delivery service includes delivery to the ground floor only.

Delivery Limitations


 Standard delivery service does not include:

  • Carrying equipment to upper floors where no elevator is available
  • Stairway transportation
  • Crane services or special lifting equipment
  • Electrical, plumbing, gas, or utility connections
  • Additional labor or equipment required due to site restrictions

Any additional charges will be communicated and approved before service is provided.


 Product Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are strongly advised to inspect all products and packaging immediately upon receipt and record an unboxing video for verification purposes.

If any of the following issues are found:

  • Damaged products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect products or models


Please notify 88kitchen within 24 hours of delivery and provide photos and/or video evidence for investigation and resolution.

Service Coverage


 88Kitchen delivers products throughout Thailand

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to islands, remote locations, restricted-access areas, or special destinations based on the carrier's applicable rates.

Imported and Custom-Made Products

Certain products are imported or manufactured specifically upon customer order. Such products cannot be cancelled, exchanged, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed and the deposit payment has been received.


 Force Majeure

88kitchen reserves the right to adjust delivery schedules due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Port closures
  • Manufacturing delays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Government regulations
  • Other unforeseen events affecting logistics operations

88Kitchen shall not be held liable for any delays arising from such circumstances.
