You agree to comply with all practices, orders, operational regulations, policies, and instructions relating to product purchases through the platform, including any amendments thereto issued and enforced by us. You are deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the binding effect of such changes upon their publication on the platform. These terms and conditions of payment shall apply solely to the orders and payments made by you and the seller.

You agree to pay for the products by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card that is legally valid for debt settlement.

You agree not to cancel the payment afterward unless the purchase between you and the seller does not comply with the agreement, the goods have not been delivered, or the goods you receive materially differ from the description provided by the seller, as determined at the sellers discretion.

You acknowledge that a refund for a completed payment can only be made if the seller agrees and formally requests the refund.

You acknowledge that all refunds shall be processed through the original payment method and shall be made to the person who made the payment.

You acknowledge that there is no guarantee that the refunded amount will be credited to your account in a timely manner. The processing time may vary and is subject to each bank and/or the payment service provider handling the refund.

Our company hereby informs you that, in accordance with our policy, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges after the transaction has been completed.

Exception: If any error or damage is found to be caused by the company, such as breakage or shipping errors, please contact our customer service within 7 days for resolution.

ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการชำระเงิน



ท่านตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามแนวปฏิบัติ คำสั่ง ระเบียบการดำเนินงาน นโยบายและคำแนะนำทั้งหลายเกี่ยวกับการสั่งซื้อสินค้าผ่านแพลตฟอร์ม รวมถึงการแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมใดๆในสิ่งที่กล่าวมาข้างต้นซึ่งออกใช้บังคับโดยทางเรา และถือว่าท่านได้รับทราบและยอมรับข้อผูกพันตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงดังกล่าวเมื่อมีการเผยแพร่บนแพลตฟอร์มแล้ว โดยข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการชำระเงินนี้จะมีผลบังคับใช้ต่อคำสั่งซื้อสินค้าและการชำระเงินที่กระทำโดยท่านและผู้ขายเท่านั้น

ท่านตกลงที่จะชำระค่าสินค้าด้วยการโอนเงิน บัตรเครดิตหรือบัตรเดบิตที่สามารถใช้ชำระหนี้ตามกฎหมายได้

ท่านยินยอมที่จะไม่ยกเลิกการชำระเงินในภายหลังเว้นเสียแต่ว่า การสั่งซื้อสินค้าระหว่างท่านและผู้ขายไม่เป็นไปตามข้อตกลง ไม่ได้รับการส่งมอบสินค้า หรือสินค้าที่ท่านได้รับมีลักษณะแตกต่างจากรายละเอียดทีท่านได้รับจากผู้ขายอย่างมีนัยยะสำคัญตามแต่วิจารณญาณของผู้ขาย

ท่านรับทราบถึงระเบียบการขอคืนเงินที่ชำระสำเร็จจะกระทำได้ต่อเมื่อผู้ขายยินยอมและเป็นผู้แจ้งความประสงค์ที่จะทำการคืนเงินเท่านั้น

ท่านรับทราบถึงการคืนเงินทั้งหลายให้ทำผ่านกลไลการชำระเงินเดิมและให้แก่บุคคลที่ทำการชำระเงินนั้น

ท่านรับทราบถึงการไม่รับประกันเงินคืนจะเข้าสู่บัญชีของท่านอย่างตรงต่อเวลา การดำเนินการชำอาจจะใช้เวลาและขึ้นกับแต่ละธนาคาร และ/หรือผู้ให้บริการการชำระเงินที่ดำเนินการคืนเงินนั้น

บริษัทของเราขอแจ้งให้ท่านทราบว่า เนื่องจากนโยบายของบริษัท เราไม่สามารถรับคืนหรือแลกเปลี่ยนสินค้าหลังจากการซื้อขายเสร็จสมบูรณ์แล้ว

ข้อยกเว้น: หากพบว่ามีความผิดพลาดหรือความเสียหายที่เกิดจากทางบริษัท เช่น สินค้าแตกหักหรือผิดพลาดในการจัดส่ง กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าภายใน 7 วัน เพื่อดำเนินการแก้ไข
