️ 88 Kitchen AfterSales Service Policy
1. Warranty Period
All equipment sold by 88Kitchen is covered by a one-year warranty (12 months from the date of purchase), including both parts and labor.
2. Whats Covered
We provide free repair or replacement of faulty components and workmanship under normal usage conditions during the warranty period.
3. Whats Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to the following:
4. Products Below 15,000 THB
For products with a net value below 15,000 THB (after discounts, excluding VAT), customers are responsible for delivering the equipment to our service center for any warranty-related service. On-site service is not included for these items.
5. On-Site Service & Charges
If on-site service is required for products above the threshold or non-warranty repairs:
A service fee of 2,000 THB (VAT excluded) will apply (excluding cost of spare parts)
Additional charges may apply for locations outside Bangkok, based on distance and fuel costs
6. Service Outside Bangkok & Metropolitan Area
In the case of service in provincial areas, our service team will issue a quotation for travel and related service costs prior to dispatching technicians. The service will proceed only after receiving customer approval.
7.How to Claim Warranty
Please prepare the following:
Original purchase invoice
Equipment brand, model, and serial number
Detailed issue description
Submit your claim via phone, LINE Official, or email to our Service Team.
8. Validity & Limitations
Repaired or replaced parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period
Warranty terms may change without prior notice. Any major updates will be communicated via our official channels.
